This yummy pizza can be served at almost any type of party. It's great tailgate party food, but also works well at a baby shower. It would be well-received at a teen's slumber party, or make a lovely lunch along with a salad. It's versatile, and has a very wide appeal because of the simple yet decadent ingredients. A store-bought pizza crust makes things extra simple in this recipe. Feel free though to use a homemade crust, frozen pizza dough, or refrigerated dough in a tube. A thin crust works best to showcase the rich toppings, but really, that's up to personal preference. To make this pizza, the first step is to roast the garlic. This is incredibly easy! Roasting gives the garlic a wonderful, mellow, toasty flavor, and it's not overwhelming at all. Roasted garlic can be eaten straight out of the oven on crackers or crusty bread.
